Can't believe it! Jul. 17th, 2010 @ 05:30 pm
One year since I taped Moonshot... and today I finally got myself to watch it. I earned myself a medal. And smallville the newer episodes. Gah, won't ever like that series and it's running for so long already.

Back from Berlin since Thursday morning. Not being a happy camper when thinking of having to go back to work on Monday. :o( The usual... At last three weeks time till school starts up again. Projects for arts class are worrying, can't lift my behind to finish them...

Going back in front of the TV. Bought Family Guy DVD where they do Star Wars..

Never uploaded the Marstersclass pics then? *lol* I didn't even sort them out yet ;o) Have been to the February event and brought home a cold and a nice photo-op pic. From all the many events, this must have been the least memorable (except for Milton Keynes in 05 which is a separate story... namely the worst I've ever been to). Liked the play a lot though... No further cons though for this year I guess. Then, still not flying. 8 hours by train into london and 8 hours back and staying in London for less than 36 hours... a new record.. too much of a hurry.

What is going on except for breaking up with long-time bf last year, moving again for the 4th time since 04, changing jobs again (remaining in the company at least) and insanely stressful 18 months of studying next to almost full-time working?

Well, got to look forward to another 2 years of studying with almost full-time working ;o)

Inter F I N A L L Y won the f****** Champions League... was waiting for 19 yrs...

Missing my kitties insanely but they are where they belong and I will look after them next week...

Looking forward to vacay in Berlin... Vacation is the only thing keeping me going anyway right now and surviving school ;o)

Became godmother three weeks ago to a cute little boy... which makes me very happy.

Often I think of updating and will forget it the next minute there's just too much going on. Will try... otherwise catch me on fb

So long... see you next year *lol*

Springtime pictures Jul. 27th, 2008 @ 12:10 pm
Kinda depressed, quite heart-broken, sometimes you have to be reasonable and keep the heart out of things. It makes things even worse, especially when the other person is feeling the same...

Trying to cheer myself up, it’s time to make an entry, I know I have been neglecting stuff again. Quite some time ago I have been on a hiking trip to the Canton of Grisons (Graubünden) and after the cut I will post some impressions how beautiful our country is, especially in spring time. There won’t be many words, mostly pictures.

Otherwise not much to tell about my life at the moment, new system at work finally started and there is much to do and learn. No vacay in sight till October, where a trip to Vienna and other places in Austria and maybe Bavaria was planned.
Current Location: at home - where else?

Oh by the way... was able to get my baby from the garage... yay! At least there was Friday and Saturday to put the top down and enjoy the convertible weather. It was away for two whole weeks, but luckily the other one's insurance paid for everything. Was a bit disappointed to have to go to Lugano with a substitute car.

Well in respect to the European Championship in our country, this entry is a report about one of the matches I had the opportunity to watch. My boyfriend was so kind to let me have his ticket for the Match France vs. Italy in Letzigrund Stadium in Zurich, which is the home of FC Zürich.

Tonight is the finale in Vienna... Germany is the better in tournaments, but still I am for the Spanish, they deserve to win a title again after so many years... So viva Espãna!!!

Yep lifted up my behind to do an update. It’s bitterly needed. Well what’s going on in my life... not much except that somebody rammed my car on Thursday and the costs for fixing it will be quite high. The insurance will have to pay, but will it be enough? This makes me quite nervous and really fits how my life is going at the moment. I love this car very much, I’ve had it from the beginning, it was hard work to pay for it and it’s only six years old. My poor baby... it would break my heart.

Well I’ve already prepared my last report quite a long time ago! Even finally bought a brand new computer a month ago which enables me to do much more than with my old one. Taking into consideration that there are the European Championships in my country, I will post some pics and a short report on a CL match after the cut.

Looking forward to Tuesday, got a ticket to see the “Squadra Azzura” against the French in Zurich, as both are not qualified for quarters yet, it will be very interesting. Then, next Saturday I will see the quarters final game in Basle, one team will be the “Oranjes”. As they have played very good up to now the match will sure be entertaining.
» Barcelona (Spain) - November 9, 2007
Wasn’t able to update before, as I was barely home and didn’t turn on my computer for days. When I finally got time, I got a nasty cold last weekend which I spent mostly in bed.

Not many news from my side. Bit sad that I most probably won’t be able – again – to see James in London, as the implementation for our new system at work is supposed to be begin of May and then we won’t be able to get any vacation. I could surely go for the weekend, but I still don’t fly and it will be too much stress to take the train, just for one event.

Yesterday I was in Basle to see the Apassionata Horse show. Really beautiful, if you like horses, which I do obviously ;o). Will surely go again, it’s every year.
